You are responsible for what is posted on Tolkii with your account.
What we use your data for:
We store your account information and any content you share on Tolkii.
This is necessary for Tolkii to work.
However, all content you post and share on Tolkii remains your property. When you post a photo and decide to delete it later, the photo will also be removed from our servers. However, keep in mind that other users may have copied your content in the meantime. (Or have taken a screenshot)
We, IclipsMedia, ICM, Tolkii will never share or sell your data to third parties.
However, when you create an account or log in with a third-party service (e.g. Facebook, Twitter (X) or Google) you share your data with the respective provider.
If you don't want that, we recommend creating an account without third-party services.
Where we keep your data:
All content you post to the service, as well as your data, is stored on servers located within the EU. As a result, they fall under the strict EU data storage laws.
Data from users outside Europe is also stored on European servers.
Tolkii is GDPR compliant
Which means that you can download all the data you shared on and with Tolkii at any time. You can also delete all your data, content and account at any time.
